Good morning, Academic Advising community:

We wanted to provide you with an update about the ASAP upgrade that will currently impact the student view.   This will be the first launch of the upgrade and additional features will be added at a later date.  We will keep you updated as we receive information.

On Friday, April 30, 2021 at 8:00pm the login experience for assessing ASAP will change and two new application links will become available with in ASAP.  For more information and handouts about how students can navigate the new applications, view the ASAP Updates and Improvements webpage: onestop.utsa.edu/asap

Students will receive an e-mail from Strategic Enrollment on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 about the upgrade.  Click here to view the e-mail.

• Logging In – you will still use your myUTSA ID and passphrase to log in.

• New Applications – Once students log in to ASAP, they will notice a gray-boxed section that highlights new or upgraded applications. Included in this launch will be:
• A new “Student Profile” application – this will only be accessible to UTSA students.  Staff will not be able to access this feature unless they are a current (or former) student of UTSA.  Staff will be able to access the Student Profile for their students in another stage of feature launches for the ASAP upgrade that will come at a later date.

• An upgraded “Financial Aid” application – this will only be accessible to UTSA students.  Staff will not be able to access this feature unless they are a current (or former) student of UTSA.

Internal resources will be provided later this week to assist with any questions that may arise.
