Subject: VPSS DONATION ON OCT 15, 2019 UNITED WAY DONATION

Good Afternoon,

The following is a communication is encouraging all individual online donations to be done on the day of October 15th. All individual cash donations and proceeds from bake sales, candy sales, etc. should be deposited on October 15th, 2019. Funds donated and collected this day only count in the UTSA and UT Health challenge. ( We have lost two years in a row therefore we would like to win this challenge.)

The competition within Academic Affairs will be between Academic Affairs Colleges and Academic Affairs Academic Support areas. The competition will be based on the highest participation rate of employees through the end of the SECC campaign.

• You can get posters, flyers, etc. from Jason Vasquez. Call x4101 and ask for him or tell Travis you need these items from Jason.
• Suzanne Stokes, x 4688, is the training co-chair and can answer questions on administering the campaign.
