Latinx Student Leadership Summit - Application Open!

 

On Saturday, April 29-April 30, Google will gather engineering and computer science students from across the US and Puerto Rico for their seventh annual Latinx Student Leadership Summit (LSLS) in partnership with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) and Computing Alliance of Hispanic Serving Institutions (CAHSI).

Google’s LSLS was created as an effort to bring Latinx leaders together to share innovative and creative best practices with one another, and collaborate with Google’s Latinx leadership to benefit your university, organization, and community.

Details: 

Who: Undergraduate students that are enrolled in a degree-granting program in the US and Puerto Rico. 

*Preferred qualifications are students currently pursuing a technical degree (ie. CS, engineering, or tech-related majors/minors), but it is not required.

When: April 29-30th from 10 am - 4:30 pm

Where: In person at a selected Google Office

What: The agenda includes elements such as breakout discussions, networking with the LatinxGoogle Network, executive fireside chats, and a unique celebration for Summit attendees!

Acceptance to the 2023 Latinx Student Leadership summit includes financial sponsorship for travel and accommodations.

How to Apply:

Submit a completed application form no later than Monday, March 13. We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis so apply early!

Acceptance to the 2023 Latinx Student Leadership Summit also includes access to the Google Buddy program, personalized tech readiness programming, access to a social discord community/events, and more!
