Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to announce the new officers of the Academic Advising Council for the 2015-2016 year.

· Chair: Matt Keneson

· Chair-elect: Brandy Barksdale

· Secretary: Miranda Swain

· Parliamentarian/Historian: Leah Stoddard

Thank you all for accepting the nominations! Also, thank you to Brad Chandler for serving as the 2014-2015 Chair. Brad had been with the AAC since its creation in 2011.

The AAC will send out periodic updates on the listserve, and we are going to work on posting our meeting notes online where all advisors will be able to access them at any time. We will also be sending out the link to sign-up for the interest groups next week, so look out for that.
