Digital Measures 2020-2021 Third Year Reviews

On November 23, the 2020-2021 Third Year Review process will be launched in Digital Measures Workflow. Faculty members undergoing a review should log in to Digital Measures to access their review form.

Faculty members must complete the form and upload all relevant materials no later than Friday, January 15. The full timeline for this process is as follows:

Third Year Review deadlines:

· January 15 – Faculty member form/materials due

· February 5 – TYR-FRAC evaluation due

· February 26 – Department Chair writes evaluation & meets with faculty member to discuss their Third Year Review by this date

· March 10 – Deadline for faculty member response (optional)

· March 26 – Deadline for Department Chair to write summarizing report (if faculty member submitted a response) and forward all review materials to Dean

· April 9 – Dean’s evaluation due to Provost Office

· April 16 – Dean provides written notification of the college’s recommendation to faculty member (outside of workflow)

· April 30 (Friday) – Non-reappointment decisions communicated
