Good Afternoon, Dean DelliCarpini!
I am contacting you on behalf of the Student Government Association in regards to the upcoming University Life Awards. Each year, all Colleges select an Outstanding Undergraduate Student and an Outstanding Graduate Student for recognition at the annual University Life Awards Banquet, which will be held this year on the afternoon of April 3, 2020.
Each College coordinates their respective selection process; there is no mandatory format for the procedures by which these students must be solicited or identified.
Please submit the names of your College’s recipients for Outstanding Undergraduate Student (1 recipient) and Outstanding Graduate Student (1 recipient), along with a 150-word biography to be read at the ceremony to me (Andrew.shelnutt@utsa.edu) by Monday, March 16th, 2020 so that the physical awards can be ordered and engraved in time for the 2020 University Life Awards Ceremony. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions that you may have regarding the University Life Awards or the Ceremony.
If you would like for a representative of the College to read the winner’s biography and present the award to the recipient, please provide me with the name of the presenter(s) by Monday, March 30th.
