IES is currently accepting unsolicited applications with a deadline of March 4, 2014. To be eligible, a proposal must either be not eligible under IES’ current grant competitions or involve time-sensitive research questions that could not be addressed during the regular funding cycle. More detailed information is provided in the attached guidelines.
