Dear COEHD Voting Faculty,

 

Below is the link to a Qualtrics survey for the COEHD Bylaws that have been revised. Attached is a PDF file of the whole document, which includes committees approved in 2019.

The surveys will be open for voting until Wednesday, November 25, 2020. The results will be announced at the next College-wide meeting on November 30th.

 

Voting Faculty:

1. Voting membership: Voting members of the general faculty include the

following:

a. All professors, associate professors, and assistant professors whose

teaching assignment is 50 per cent or more in the COEHD and who do not

hold voting membership in another college;

b. All visiting professors, visiting associate professors, and visiting assistant

professors who have had two semesters of service to the university and

whose teaching assignment is 50 per cent or more in the COEHD, and

who do not hold voting membership in another college;

c. All non-tenure track faculty who have had four or more consecutive or

non-consecutive semesters with a 100% appointment at a rank of

instructor or lecturer within the COEHD;

d. Department chair and persons holding administrative appointments above

the departmental level are voting members of the general faculty, except

on the DFRAC, CFRAC and UFRAC.

 

2. Non-voting membership: Other persons who hold teaching and/or research

appointments in the College but who do not meet the criteria for voting elaborated

shall be considered nonvoting members.
