The following is a message that you can send out to the colleges asking them to forward it to their faculty. 

Faculty,

Since this is the first semester of university-wide implementation of the policy that midterm grade reports are required for all undergraduates, and to improve the midterm grades reporting rate, the deadline for submitting midterm grades has been extended by one week to Friday, October 24 at 2:00 p.m.   

We encourage  faculty to submit midterm grades for all undergraduates (except for those students enrolled in classes that have been approved for an exemption to the policy) by the extended deadline.  This is important as we attempt to enhance the academic success of our students.  Academic advisors and others will reach out to students not performing well at midterm.
