Dear COEHD Familia,

The season of giving is around the corner and it is a perfect opportunity to lift the spirits of a family in need. Christina Pacheco, our awesome COEHD administrative assistant and I would like to lead the coordination of a COEHD Adopt-A-Family project! You may have participated in this project in the past, but for those of you who haven't, the COEHD department will be matched with a family in early November. We will recieve the family's wish list and each of our faculty and staff may select an item to purchase, wrap, and deliver to a UTSA location on December 3rd. 

Participation is completely optional. 

Please email me at juanita.santos@utsa.edu to let me know you would like to participate, by Friday, October 15th at 4:30 p.m. You and a friend(s) can split the cost of a wish list item, if you'd like. The number of faculty and staff responses I recieve will determine what type of family we get matched with (e.g., a family of 8 with pets).

Let's show our community they are loved in such a critical time in our world.
