Dear COEHD Colleagues,
Hope this message finds you well and in good health. I wanted to let you know it isn’t too late to share your input through the pulse survey below. Please be reminded that information we capture from this
survey will provide a rich context for mapping out future actions and priorities as a college. College wide strategic planning will commence next academic year and it will be crucial the data collected are fully representative of our faculty and staff. I thank
you in advance for taking the time to share your perspective and I appreciate your commitment to the advancement of the college.

Dear COEHD Colleagues,
To that end, and as many of you are already aware, I have engaged Huron Consulting Group to assess the COEHD and assist in optimizing performance and operations. The partnership with Huron has focused on the following:
Many of you have already connected with our Huron partners and, as a next step in the assessment, we wanted to cast a wide net to hear from as many of you as possible. Below you will find a link to a quick pulse survey
hosted by Huron. Whether or not you have already connected with Huron, we hope each of you will take a few minutes to respond and share your thoughts.
I view this assessment as an opportunity to increase alignment and congruency in our performance while also setting a strong foundation for future strategic planning and implementation. Importantly, the review is not
focused on redefining the academic scope of the school or departments.
Thank you in advance for your participation – your candid feedback is essential to a successful review. I look forward to learning and growing together and identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration and strengthen
the impact of our great College.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or kmccarthy@hcg.com with
any questions. Take care and stay cool.
Best regards,
Mario Torres
