Dear COEHD faculty and staff,

The Million Man March San Antonio Essay/Oratorical contest will be held on Saturday, October 3 at 2 pm on the UTSA Downtown Campus. This contest is open to all undergraduate students currently enrolled in a regionally accredited college of university in San Antonio or the surrounding area between the ages of 18 and 24. 

Each contestant must research, write and present their original essay/speech that references the Million Man March of 1995 and its historical significance. The winning essay will receive $500, with second place winning $250 and third place winning $100. The attached PDFs contain the purpose, rules, frequently asked questions, and entry form.
