We would like to invite you to join us for the virtual session, “It Gets Better: A Message That Is Still Relevant 10 Years Later”, with guest speaker Joel Burns.  During this important session, Mr. Burns will discuss:

• Strategies for advocating for LGBTQ youth
• Bullying of LGBTQ youth as a life-threatening problem
• How the It Gets Better Campaign can be used to provide hope for LGBTQ youth but also as an educational tool to help build empathy and understanding of LGBTQ people
• The importance of speaking up even when it involves risks
