Dear Colleagues,

Welcome back! I hope that your summer was restful and productive. I wanted to provide an update on DTC Dean's Office staffing.

As you know, we are working to fill the .5 FTE position vacated  as a result of Melissa Lichtenberg assuming a FT position in the Dean's Office at 1604. We are awaiting word on the position and our ability to fill it.

To provide office coverage during Fall 2017 (beginning today), Liliana Gutierrez will be there on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00pm, and Melissa Lichtenberg will be there on Thursdays from 1:30-5:30pm.

We will keep you posted if further information comes in, or as soon as we are able to hire someone and have the office open for 20 hours in the afternoons.
