I’m pleased to share news of the hiring of COEHD’s new communication and development coordinator, Katelyn Juarez. 

Katelyn joins COEHD from Texas State University where she served as graduate student communications contact in charge of public and media relations for athletic programs. She holds a B.A. in Media Studies from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi, and a M.A. in Communications Studies from Texas State University.  Her portfolio reflects a wide range of creative pieces including feature stories, visual presentations, press releases, press appearances, end-of-year reports, and has managed public relations campaigns. She has the right breadth of skills and experience needed for this role, which is why I am excited about the future of COEHD communications under Katelyn’s direction and leadership. Her start date is April 01, 2024. Please welcome Katelyn to the COEHD family!
