I hope this email finds you safe and well as you kick off summer! I wanted to personally invite you, your educators, students, and local school community's families to a groundbreaking event. We have partnered with a group of dynamic Male Teachers of Color (MToCC) who formed a Collaborative that is informing, designing, and advocating for a restored teacher pipeline with strong Male Teacher of Color representation for our students.
Did you know?
In San Antonio’s urban core, nearly 50% of students are males of color while the representation of male teachers of color remains below 20%. MToCC is dedicated to highlighting the underrepresentation and recognizing the positive impact of male teachers of color in classrooms.

Event Details: Male Teachers Of Color SA: Bold Directions towards Representation
Join us for a groundbreaking convening that shines a light on the underrepresentation and positive impact of male teachers of color in our classrooms. Through dynamic discussions and collaboration, we will explore innovative strategies and best practices to increase their representation and impact.
