Hi Barbara, 

Make sure to select "Fall 2020" in the course term. I was having the same issue until I realized that it pre-populated with Fall 2021, which I had no courses listed.

I have been trying to submit my grades since Saturday morning.  I have spent many, many hours on the phone with BB support/Academic Innovations.  No one was able to help me.  I just tried this suggestion, to submit grades manually via ASAP.  I can follow the instructions but no matter how many ways I type in my course number, it says it doesn’t recognize that course.  My grades are still not submitted.  Just want you to know that I tried my best.  Don’t know what else to do.

just want to clarify to all the new profs.... 
 
you can also easily manually enter final grades via ASAP.  go under the faculty services tab & select “final grades.”
 

(profs with large classes enjoy the ease of the grade transfer via blackboard.)
