Good morning,

We are very fortunate to have Capt. (ret) Luis Carlos Montalván join us next month. He returned from his last deployment with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). His New York Times bestseller “Until Tuesday” describes his road to recovery and how his service dog (Tuesday) is a vital part of that journey. He also wrote a children’s version of the story (“Tuesday Tucks Me In”) that tells the story from Tuesday’s perspective.  His books have captured many hearts and his work has been featured nationally also on TV.

The event, co-sponsored by COEHD and the UTSA Library, is free and open to the public. The room capacity is 150, and we expect that seats will fill quickly. However, we are hoping that you may be willing to share the information through your channels as well. For more details, please see the posting to the COEHD Events pages: http://education.utsa.edu/events/detail/tuesday_tucks_me_in_presentation_and_book_signing/

Please let me know if there are any questions.

Wishing you a wonderful day,
