Natalie Van Veldhuizen was recognized as the Outstanding Dietetic Student in a Coordinated Program at the 2014 Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Food & Nutrition Conference & Exhibition in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Friday, April 25, 2014.
The UTSA College of Education and Human Development (COEHD) will induct 200 students into the teaching profession at its upcoming Teacher Induction Ceremony.
Three undergraduate students from the College of Education and Human Development’s Department of Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching (ILT) were presented with the Giuseppe Antonio and Marietta Martinello Inquiry Award during a special ceremony on Thursday, April 24.
Hundreds of undergraduate students from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) presented their work at the inaugural Undergraduate Research and Creative Inquiry Showcase on Thursday, April 24 in the University Center on the Main Campus. More than 20 participants were students in the College of Education and Human Development (COEHD).
Eric Soza, 23, needs little introduction to the UTSA community. He is best known for his athletic accomplishments for three seasons as UTSA’s first starting quarterback. During his successful tenure as a leader in Roadrunner Football, Eric started 32 games, completed 574-of-966 passes for 46 touchdowns, and scored another 16 on the ground.
