Hi Dr. Bustos Flores,

ETS is seeking college seniors as well as faculty/advisors interested in participating in a research study on holistic admissions. The purpose of our study is to understand the goals of admission policies and how stakeholders in the system are affected. We are particularly interested in:

Senior students’ experiences with graduate admissions, particularly how they decide where to apply, their understanding of how admissions decisions are made, and their feelings about holistic admissions processes. 
Advisors and faculty members’ experiences in working with students who are applying to graduate school.

(Advisors/ faculty members will receive a $100 virtual Amazon gift card for participating in an interview, students will receive a $50 virtual Amazon gift card for participating in an interview, students will receive a $10 virtual Amazon gift card for completing a survey)
