The university has deployed this easy-to-use application to guide you through the Payroll confirmation & certification process when
you have salaries paid on your sponsored project(s). The former process was known as effort reporting done through ECRT. |

»Payroll certification is done twice a year to cover the periods from (1) September through
February and (2) March through August. We are currently certifying Payroll from March, 2018 through August, 2018. |

»Payroll certification period is now open for Principal Investigator(PI) to review, complete,
certify and submit a payroll certification statement. »With the upcoming Holiday we have extended the certification period to 4 weeks to compensate
for the days UTSA will be closed. |
