The deadline to enter SMART goals in PeopleSoft is Monday, November 15. SMART
goals are an important part of the annual performance management process, helping people leaders and direct reports map out a plan for growth throughout the fiscal year.
When crafting your SMART goals, ensure they are specific, measurable, achievable, aligned, realistic, relevant and timely. Goals that incorporate these criteria help focus your efforts
and increase the chances of success. Job aids to assist in the SMART goal creation process are available via the Performance
Management website. |
