The Dean’s email has been hacked and we are working with OIT to resolve this issue.
If you receive an email from the following email address: (margo.dellicarpini.utsa@gmail.com).
Please send it as an attachment to OIT with the following ticket number:

Instructions are below:
In order for the Information Security team to investigate a possible phishing/spam email we need the email sent as an ATTACHMENT to include all the internet headers. Please follow the below steps:
To attach the spam email to send to OIT
1. Create NEW Email to
OITConnect@utsa.edu or reply to this email
2. Place [SR148819] in the subject of the email, including the square brackets
3. Select the INSERT (tab).
4. Select OUTLOOK ITEM from the toolbar.
5. Browse to the message you are inquiring about, and SELECT it to attach it.
If you need any assistance attaching the message, please call x5555 during operating hours of 8am to 6pm.
