To alleviate all of the confusion, I am resending the invitation to the College Meeting below. Dr. Arreguin-Anderson is deleting the ‘event’ that was added to her calendar and sent out to the listserv. This has incorrect information, so please disregard the date/time and note that you may receive an event cancelation notice. The event is not canceled, the calendar invite was just removed.

If Outlook asks you to accept an invitation based on this email, please do not accept it as this will send a calendar invite to the entire listserv (sometimes with incorrect information). If you do add it to your calendar, please be sure to check that the COEHD listserv email (coehd@lists.sis.utsa.edu) is not included in the ‘To’ or ‘Attendees’ section.
