COEHD Qualtrics users,

COEHD will NOT be renewing their individual account with Qualtrics since UTSA has a site license for the University.

We will be migrating all COEHD accounts with the UTSA accounts. Those of you with a Qualtrics account will not be able to login to your accounts (make edits, etc.) during the actual migration. However, during this time, all surveys will remain active and continue to collect responses. No data collection will be compromised in any way.

MIGRATION is Thursday, August 10, 2017 ~ 8am-5pm

What to do after Migration (starting August 11 -- there is no end date):

If you have a COEHD account, you will find a PDF ‘Merge Guide’ to assist.  Here is the PDF summary:

•       You will need your password.  If you do not remember it, go to survey.qualtrics.com and click on ‘Forgot your password’

•       Go to the UTSA branded login page https://utsa.az1.qualtrics.com.

•       Log in with your credentials

•       Select “I already have a Qualtrics account” in order to carry your previous surveys/data

•       Enter your old accounts username and password and click on ‘Migrate Account’

I DO NOT have a COEHD account but I DO have a UTSA Qualtrics account:

· Those of you who already have a UTSA Qualtrics Account, do not need to do anything… just wait for the migration to end so you can log back into your account. No data will be compromised.

I DO NOT have a COEHD or UTSA account but I would like one: 

· If you have NEVER created a Qualtrics account, please contact OITconnect@utsa.edu or call x5555.
