We are happy to announce that the Dean's Lounge - MB 3.308, now has a Dell computer and 65" monitor to be used for meetings.
To reserve MB 3.308 or MB 2.220, please contact Melissa Lichtenberg at melissa.lichtenberg@utsa.edu. If available at the requested day/time, Melissa will send you a calendar
invite as your reservation confirmation.
Friendly Reminder: Room reservations must be made by COEHD faculty and staff, student workers are not allowed to reserve the room for meetings. A COEHD faculty or staff must be present during the
scheduled meetings. Student organizations must contact the UC for meeting space. Please do not remove any chairs or equipment from the rooms.
Lunch Time: MB 3.308 is permanently reserved during the week from 11:30am to 1:30pm for COEHD faculty and staff to have lunch in there.
Brownbag lunch presentations are allowed, as long as the event is open to all COEHD faculty and staff. Please notify the Dean’s Office if you will have a lunchtime brownbag session.
All COEHD faculty and staff should have card swipe access into MB 3.308. If you do not have access, please email liliana.gutierrez@utsa.edu to request access for you.
