We are seeking event information for inclusion in UTSA’s Hispanic Heritage Month.  To date, we have not received ANY event information from COEHD, and we do not wish for anyone to not be included.  Please forward any event information for inclusion in the UTSA calendar no later than COB Wednesday, Sept. 12.  Please submit your event in a separate email to Byron Spencer, Jo Ann Jones, or coehdcomm@utsa.edu, and include the following:

· Name of the event

· Brief description (2-3 sentences)

· Date, time, location including building and room number

· UTSA-branded URL where people can go for more information
