On behalf of Dr. Sonia Saldívar-Hull, Director of UTSA’s Women’s Studies Institute and Women’s Studies Program, I invite you to our upcoming reception. Each year, the Women’s Studies Institute and Women’s Studies Program host a welcome reception and program that honors our Women’s Studies majors and minors as well as new women faculty to UTSA. Women’s Studies students will have the opportunity to briefly speak and the new faculty will introduce themselves and give a description of their research and academic interests. The WSI staff will highlight some of the exciting upcoming events that we will be sponsoring this academic year. For your convenience, I have attached some of the flyers for our upcoming events this semester.

The reception will be on Monday, October 3, 2016 in the John Peace Library Assembly Room, 4.04.22 from 3:00-5:00 pm. We will begin the program at 3:30 pm. We would be delighted if you could attend.
