Good Morning All,

Please see attached a Special Summer Seed Grant Program that Dr. Agrawal just released to the ADR’s. I wanted to put this on your radar, as the turnaround time is short. However, the VPR found funding that has to be expended by August 31, 2014. Please let me know if you have any questions. This RFP mimics the INTRA program, however has different deadlines.

Dear ADRs,

Due to efficiencies we have realized in the VPR office this current fiscal year, we have some onetime resources available that have to be spent in the current FY14 (before Aug. 31, 2014).  Thus we are creating a special onetime seed grant program which will provide funding for the summer of 2014 (and only that one summer).  The program is very similar to the INTRA grants which will then start providing funds for the subsequent fiscal year – going forward from Sep. 31st, 2014.  

Please note that the submission deadline is different for the Summer Seed Grants (Jan. 15th 2014).  Our apologies for the short notice but we want to make sure that we spend our resources wisely.
