Hello COEHD Faculty and Staff,

All UT San Antonio digital content must comply with updated ADA standards by Friday, April 24, as part of a new federal mandate. This impacts everyone, including all faculty, instructors, TAs, staff, and students. All digital materials must meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA.

Visit the compliance webpage to learn the basics of accessibility, access staff and faculty plans, and a variety of resources. You can catch up on past trainings by watching these Digital Accessibility videos or enroll in upcoming digital accessibility trainings.

For faculty, Canvas Ally is an accessibility tool that is integrated into your Canvas course that automatically checks your content to make your course materials accessible to all students. Learn more about Ally and how to work towards an Ally score of 85% or higher by April.
