2. Removal of Equipment Form (PDF) – Your Department Admin (ICP) can assist with this form.

This office will evaluate export licenses and regulations when traveling abroad with commodities, software, and technology.

Ask Export@utsa.edu to label the faculty abc123 (network ID) as “Traveling” so the faculty does not get locked out of UTSA resources while abroad.

Otherwise, you are good to access Library services.

All UTSA employees are prohibited from traveling to countries listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce's foreign adversaries list (15 CFR, section 791.4) for business related purposes.
