Attached you will find information regarding the UTSA December 2015 Commencement in the Alamodome.  The Memo from the Provost, Regalia Rental information and Faculty Response Card are attached for your review and response to the Dean’s Office, Attention: Denise Garcia, by Monday, November 9.  It is important to return the response card if you will be attending Commencement.

Commencement will be divided into three ceremonies.  You will be expected to attend only the ceremony on Saturday, December 12 at 4:00 p.m.

Shuttle service from both the Main and Downtown campuses is being provided for all faculty participants.  Details about the shuttle service will be included in the Faculty Participants Instructions and will be sent out by the Special Events Center closer to the ceremony.

We have a limited number of Regalia sets in the Dean’s Office that can be borrowed by the junior faculty.  Please let me know by Friday, November 13, if you would like to borrow regalia.  If we still have regalia after this date, the senior faculty can then borrow.
