by Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
The Dean will review the nominations and submit
one nominee for COEHD to Dr. Jesse Zapata by Friday, October 6, 2016.
Please
do not send your nominations to Dr. Jesse Zapata.
Each
nomination packet must be submitted
electronically to the Dean’s Office, and consist of the
following items:
(1) Completed nomination/application form (attached)
(2) Current semester’s course syllabi
(3) Nominee’s shortened CV highlighting information not already featured in the application form
(4) The names of five people willing to submit letters of recommendation if the applicant is selected as UTSA’s nominee
