Oct. 30—9 a.m. proposal draft/budget submission to the RSC (5-2 rule*)
Nov. 5—9 a.m. route final proposal (No-change 2-day routing period for 11/5 due date)
((Committee Receives Proposals to Review—two per proposal—at 11/9 meeting
((Subcommittee Meets to Rank Proposals, Discuss, and Determine Awards: 11/23
Nov. 30—Notification of awards sent out
Dec. 15—Funds available for use
July 31, 2020–Deadline for expenditure of funds (unless otherwise indicated)
