Three parts, Nov. 5, 12, 19 (attend all three classes)

9:00-12:00, Main Campus, Nov. 5th first class is HUC 2.202 Travis

This course is focused on strengthening service skills, in-person, phone, email, everyday situations, creating a campus culture based on superior customer service; DVD based workshop with 134 page book for each participant; interactive and engaging

 

Customer Service – Strategies for Demanding Situations (SD426 & SD427)

Two parts, Oct. 29 & 31 (attend both classes)

8:30-12:00, UC 2.01.24 Mesquite

Participants will develop strategies for demanding customer situations: dissatisfied, angry or irate customers; staying in charge of the interaction; delivering bad news in a good way; handling stress; using positive communication techniques
