Attached you will find information regarding the upcoming 2014 Fall Convocation events on August 25.  Please forward the information to all faculty in your college and encourage them to attend. Faculty are being asked to wear their Academic Regalia and to RSVP using this link (http://utsa.edu/roadrunnerdays/events/fallconvocation-luncheon.html). Feel free to call me with any questions. Thanks.

Your faculty will be expected to attend only one of the Convocation ceremonies and the luncheon between the two ceremonies. You will be a member of the stage party for both of the Convocation ceremonies. We ask you and your faculty (in academic regalia) to march in the Convocation ceremony and to be table hosts at the luncheon to welcome the new students. The individual colleges will communicate with their faculty concerning their Intended Major Exploration sessions. I have asked that the faculty members complete the online response request to indicate their participation in the August 25 events. 

Your assistance in making the 2014 Fall Convocation events a success is greatly appreciated.
