Activation Required — On
Monday morning, at 8:30 a.m., an activation link will appear on
my.utsa.edu. In order for you to access your UTSA email account, you must click on that link, log in with your myUTSA ID and passphrase, then click "activate." Wait a few minutes for your account to be set up and then you're done! You will then be able
to log in to your new email account at portal.office.com and click the email icon on the left hand side of the page.

Email Service Interruption — Emails you are expecting over the weekend may begin
to arrive in your new inbox rather than your preferred email inbox. All of these messages will be awaiting you Monday morning. If you need to communicate with your professor over the weekend, please do so via Blackboard. Faculty are aware that email access
will be impacted this weekend.

UTSA Email Moving Forward — Remember, students will no longer be able to designate
a
preferred external email address. You will see final email reminders sent to this email address on Monday; however, by Tuesday, October 5, email communications will be sent to your UTSA email address.
