Communications Reference Guide!

This reference guide was built to create a more streamlined approach for your communications needs. With helpful tools like the Branding Style Guide and the Communications and Marketing Request Form, this is your one-stop-shop for communication requests, website updates, design requests, and more!
Please save this reference guide and refer to it whenever you need support from the COEHD Communications Team.

Use these forms for website and marketing inquiries!

To ensure we are promoting upcoming COEHD events, programs, workshops, and applicable items to all of our platforms successfully, submit requests through the Service Now forms. Please allow:

1 month for marketing events
1 week for website updates
2-3 weeks for COEHD News articles.

We understand requests ahead of time may not always be achievable and we will work with you every step of the way.

Meet the COEHD Communications Team

Libby Castillo

Libby is the Communications and Development Coordinator in COEHD, with more than 10 years of experience in the communications field and an extensive background in writing, graphic design, photography, and videography. She's excited to utilize her skills and help share the many stories and successes of the college.

Justine Cantu

Justine is a multimedia designer for COEHD and the Democratizing Racial Justice Project through the Women’s Studies Institute, providing assistance in the creation of digital and marketing designs, newsletter management, and social media campaigns. She also provides assistance on website edits and management.
