Dear Faculty and Doctoral Students,
I am pleased to announce that our
8th Annual College Research Colloquium Roundtables
for Fall, 2018 will be
held on October 4, 2018, Thursday, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the JPL Faculty Ballroom.
All faculty, full-time and part-time, across the College are invited to attend. Doctoral students and masters students with an interest in
research and potential for doctoral work are also invited. Undergraduates working on research projects with faculty and interested in
pursuing research are also welcome.
More specifically, do consider research that you or your doctoral students are pursuing, including dissertations in-progress or completed, for presentation.
We are hoping to include a wide range of research questions, inter-disciplinary efforts, methodologies, and meta-analyses
for discussion and display. Do mark your calendar.
We also encourage you to list this event on your syllabi and you may wish to offer extra credit for students participating
in some way or attending.
This is an opportunity for disseminating your research to our community but also a trial run for dialoguing about
a topic that you will present at a national or international research conference or will publish.
With warmest regards as we begin the 2018-2019 academic school year!
I remain
Respectfully yours,
Rosalind Horowitz, Ph.D.
