COEHD Faculty,

Attached you will find information regarding the Fall 2014 Commencement.  The Memo from the Provost, the Regalia Rental information and Faculty Response Card are also attached for your review and response to the Dean’s Office by Monday, November 10, 2014.  The Fall 2014 Commencement will be held in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Commencement will be divided into three ceremonies.  The faculty will be expected to attend only the ceremony for our college, Ceremony #2.

Ceremony #1 on Friday, December 19, at 4:00 p.m., College of Liberal and Fine Arts, College of Engineering, University College

Ceremony #2 on Saturday, December 20 at 10:00 a.m., College of Education and Human Development, College of Sciences

Ceremony #3 on Saturday, December 20 at 4:00 p.m., College of Business, College of Architecture, Construction and Planning, College of Public Policy

Shuttle service is being provided for all faculty participants.  Details regarding the shuttle service will be sent out by the Special Events Center.

We have a limited number of Regalia sets in the Dean’s Office that can be borrowed by the junior faculty.  Please let me know by Friday, December 5, if you would like to borrow regalia.  If we still have regalia after this date, the senior faculty can then borrow.
