Could you please share the message below?  We still need volunteers for Ceremony 3 to make this a special day for our graduates.  Thank you!

 

Ceremony 1 and 2 are full, but Commencement Volunteers are still needed for Ceremony 3!

 

 

Registrar’s Graduation Coordination Office (GCO) would like to thank everyone who has volunteered so far! We truly appreciate the time you are taking to make this day a successful event for our students.

Volunteers Times

Ceremony 3 (COEHD, COS)- Sunday, May 14 at 2:00pm (Volunteer time: 11:30am-2:15pm)

 

We will have assigned volunteer access badges available for pick up the week before commencement. Graduation Coordination will send out confirmations along with more information to those who sign up as we get closer to the big day. Volunteer duties will include checking in students by college and directing students where to go. A shuttle will be available to pick up and return you to both the main and downtown campus from the Alamodome.
