On behalf of Dean Margo DelliCarpini, please join us in congratulating Dr. Patricia Sanchez, Associate Professor in the Department of Biculural-Bilingual Studies, as one of the recipients of this year's Regents'
Outstanding Teaching Award from The University of Texas System. Dr. Sanchez is one of the 56 educators from the UT System's 14 academic and health institutions being honored with this prestigious annual award. Each of the honorees will receive an unrestricted
check for $25,000, and will be recognized for their achievement at an August 23, 2017 teaching forum and dinner in Austin.
The UTSA recipients are:
