Dr. Bekisizwe Ndimande, associate professor in the Department
of Interdisciplinary Learning and Teaching, was recently named to the editorial board of the Race, Ethnicity & Education journal. The journal, which is in its 20th year, is one of the highest impact journals in the field of ethnic studies.

The Dewey Davis Endowed Scholarship
– Secondary (High School) Science Teaching
The Onderdonk Family Memorial Scholarship
– Students with community service or volunteering hours, typically members of UTSA' student organizations
The application deadline is October 31, 2017
and Full-Time status is waived for the Spring 2018 semester.
