COEHD Faculty,

Attached you will find information regarding the Spring 2014 Commencement in the Alamodome. The Memo from the Provost, Regalia Rental information and Faculty Response Card are attached for your review and response to the Dean’s Office, Attention: Denise Garcia, by Monday, April 21. The faculty will be expected to attend only the ceremony for our college.

Ceremony #1 on Saturday, May 10, at 10:00 a.m. College of Education and Human Development and the College of Sciences. 

We have a limited number of Regalia sets in the Dean’s Office that can be borrowed by the junior faculty.  Please let me know by Friday, April 18, if you would like to borrow regalia.  If we still have regalia after this date, the senior faculty can then borrow.

Your assistance in making the May 2014 Commencement a success is greatly appreciated.
