The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, in collaboration with the Urban School Leaders Collaborative (USLC), is pleased to welcome Dr. Rotunda Floyd-Cooper, Vice President for Education Leadership at the Wallace Foundation. She will be visiting the USLC Program on February 11 and 12 at the UTSA Downtown campus. During her visit, Dr. Floyd-Cooper will engage with UTSA's nationally recognized USLC Program and the initiatives being implemented in the San Antonio Independent School District (SAISD). The USLC leadership development program is part of the Wallace Foundation’s Equity-Centered Pipeline Initiative (ECPI). The Wallace Foundation has committed $102 million to support programs in eight high-need school districts aimed at developing school leaders who are dedicated to advancing equity in their communities.
