It’s that time of year again! The Registrar’s Graduation Coordination Office (GCO) is calling for volunteers to work the graduate line-up
before the commencement ceremonies at the Alamodome Sunday, December 15, 2019 and Monday, December 16, 2019. The deadline to sign up for volunteering is Monday, December 2, 2019.
Volunteers Times
Ceremony 1 (COLFA, COE) - Sunday, December 15 at 10:00am (Volunteer time: 7:30am-10:15am)
Ceremony 2 (COEHD, COS, UC) - Sunday, December 15 at 3:00pm (Volunteer time: 12:30pm-3:15pm)
Ceremony 3 (CACP, COPP, COB) - Monday, December 16 at 10:00am (Volunteer time: 7:30am-10:15am)

We will have assigned volunteer access badges available for pick
up the day you come in for orientation. We will be explaining the changes that will occur at commencement this fall. Listed below are the times and dates for Orientation for
ALL Volunteers.
November 13th, 2019 (Wednesday) MB 1.122 10 AM – 11 AM
November 14th, 2019 (Thursday) MB 1.122 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
November 20th, 2019 (Wednesday) MB 1.122 10 AM – 11 AM
November 21st, 2019 (Thursday) MB 1.122 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Graduation Coordination will send out confirmations along with more information to those who sign up as we get closer to the big day. Volunteer duties will include checking in students by college and directing students where to go. A shuttle
will be available to pick up and return you to both the main and downtown campuses from the Alamodome.
