Dear COEHD Faculty, Staff, and Students,

Starting today (March 23), Dr. Reyes will be hosting a series of Coffee with the President sessions to allow faculty members, staff members and students to have the opportunity to meet him and get to know him.

The first coffee is scheduled this afternoon from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the UTSA Ski Lodge on the Main Campus. Seating is limited to the first 50 people who RSVP but an RSVP is not needed in order for someone to attend.

Dr. Reyes’ team created an event on his Facebook page (facebook.com/PedroReyesUTSA) to promote the coffee. We will keep you apprised of additional coffee sessions as they are scheduled at various locations.

We would encourage you to share the details of today’s Coffee with the President in your respective areas. A graphic for Facebook is attached. You can also share this video and this UTSA Today story, which promote the coffee series.

Please also let your colleagues know that Dr. Reyes has a Facebook account (facebook.com/PedroReyesUTSA) and Twitter account (@UTSAPresOffice). He is eager to connect with the university community on social media.
