RIVARD - The Rivard Report | Pub: 01/08

especially one founded along a river where indigenous people dwelled for thousands of years before European settlement. Not many cities, however, make history so easy to see and experience as San Antonio, one of only two U.S. cities with UNESCO World Heritage
recognition.

of being open to their own vulnerability.
