The Super Committee has worked on Phase 2 of our task—Annual Review Guidelines for the college.
The purpose of this document is to describe college level philosophy of performance across the areas of Teaching, Research, and Service. These philosophy statements provide general guidelines
of performance that serve to advise faculty on general values and expectations in COEHD while also maintaining respect for the diversity of work that occurs across departments.
Attached is our first draft.
