Please distribute this email with the attachment to all faculty in your college and encourage them to attend Commencement.  The attachment includes a letter from me as well as regalia information.

Commencement will be divided into two ceremonies.

Please have your faculty members follow the link December 2017 Commencement Faculty Participation to indicate their participation in their College’s ceremony.  The deadline for faculty responses is MONDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH. Once all responses are received, the Special Events Center will send your college’s faculty participation report to your college commencement coordinator and to me by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 1ST.  The participation report will be in the format of an Excel spreadsheet. 

Your assistance in making the December 2017 Commencement a success is greatly appreciated.
